Graduate scheme details

We’re looking for a graduate software developer who’s not just a coder, but someone who believes technology can make a difference, and who wants to work in all aspects of mobile app development.

We will commit ourselves to your personal development and skill growth to ensure that you can quickly be involved in writing release-ready code for our existing and new projects.

We’ll give you the opportunity to grow as part of our team, and coaching for your personal development. We'll also offer a generous training budget to further your development knowledge, a good quality Mac and any necessary software, alongside access to all our internal phone, tablet and wearable devices.

Skills range

You will: 

  • Have a good understanding of Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, Swift or a related language
  • Ideally: Understand the principles of version control (specifically GIT)
  • Ideally: Have some experience with unit testing and automated UI testing
  • Ideally: Have produced your own indie mobile app(s).

Person specification

You will: 

  • Be a Computer Science, Maths or related degree graduate
  • Be excited about furthering your knowledge in an exciting, team environment
  • Have a strong interest in mobile app development
  • Have an understanding of what users want and need in their apps
  • Be able to work as part of a team.
