A frequent challenge, when developing mobile or website systems, can be working alongside existing APIs (Application Program Interface). Including multiple and complex APIs can make it difficult to engineer a smooth user experience.

Affect Energy required the implementation of numerous APIs provided by third party providers in the UK energy industry. These APIs came with strict accompanying guidelines.

They also sought to bring a bright and energising presence into the energy market - prioritising usability and simplifying the customer experience.
