If you've read about our motivation and our thinking in devising our career framework, then you're probably wondering what we arrived at.
We wouldn't recommend other companies imitate this framework exactly; it's what's right for Brightec and it's unlikely to be a perfect fit anywhere else. But the feedback from our team has been great, and we've found a lot of value in it so far. We hope it can be an inspiration to others too!
